Our Wagyu Angus Cross are born from Black Angus cows and sired by Black Wagyu bulls. They are 50% Black Wagyu and 50% Black Angus. You can expect our Wagyu Angus Cross to be at least USDA Prime. Marbling varies, but is excellent.
